Curtis Bogetti is a postdoctoral fellow at the DBT Centre of Vancouver. He completed his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at the City College of New York. Curtis completed his pre-doctoral residency at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in Toronto, with rotations in the Integrated Day Treatment and the Borderline Personality Disorder clinics. During his residency, Curtis provided individual and group psychotherapy to clients experiencing difficulties with emotion regulation, suicidality, self-harm, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, and depression. Prior to his residency, Curtis trained at the College of Staten Island Counseling Center and the Psychological Center, a community mental health clinic in Harlem, New York.
Curtis has received in training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and psychodynamic psychotherapy.
Curtis is available Mondays and Tuesdays for in-person sessions and Wednesdays and Thursdays by Zoom sessions. He is not available for appointments on evenings or weekends.
In his spare time, Curtis enjoys playing piano and guitar, hiking, and reading novels.
