Sabrina is a Ph.D. student in the Clinical Psychology program at the University of British Columbia (UBC). She obtained an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from UBC in 2023 and a BSc from UBC in 2020.
Sabrina’s research is focused on understanding the relationship between therapists and their patients and the factors that impact this relationship. Clinically, Sabrina has worked with people with depression, anxiety, interpersonal difficulties, and perfectionism.
Sabrina is completing a practicum with the DBT Centre where she will specialize in providing comprehensive DBT and working with adults who struggle with borderline personality disorder, non-suicidal self-injury (cutting, burning, etc), as well as chronic suicidal ideation and behaviour.
Sabrina is available on Monday afternoons for Zoom sessions or Tuesdays for in-person sessions. She is not available for weekend or evening appointments.
In her free time, Sabrina enjoys spending time with her friends and family and eating good food.
