Here is what some past attendees have had to say about our trainings and consultation –

The DBT Centre of Vancouver provided stellar training for our team. Dr. Wagner and the team were skilled, structured, thoughtful, and experienced. They delivered the DBT training in an engaging and interactive manner. Through this training we have been able to set up a DBT Program at our hospital for youth and parents.

The DBT Centre of Vancouver has provided multiple hours of consultation and teaching to our staff in the development of our now fully functioning DBT program. They are able to provide a professional and enjoyable learning experience and are extremely knowledgeable about DBT. I would highly recommend their consultation and educational services to other programs.

The DBT Centre of Vancouver provided training to our staff group in preparation for opening the Tuckamore Centre, which is the first residential treatment centre for youth with mental health issues in the province of NL. The training was intense and detailed, yet presenters were very engaging and encouraging, which reassured us that DBT is the right model of care for our program and gave us confidence in our ability to begin using the model while we continue to practice and learn how to implement the elements of the model in the moment and in the life space of youth at the centre.

We are very fortunate to have John Wagner consulting to our new DBT team. As a trainer, he walks the talk of DBT, providing a great balance of leadership and collegiality, flexibility and structure, and he is always non-judgmental and encouraging.
