Ms. Park is a Ph.D. student in Clinical Psychology at the University of British Columbia (UBC). She obtained an M.A. in Clinical Psychology (2015) and a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Psychology (2012) from University of Calgary. Ms. Park’s focus of research is on parent-child relationships, and specifically, she aims to identify the determinants and mitigating factors for parental attributions and parenting practices. Ms. Park has completed advanced clinical training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Child and Adolescent Assessment. She has worked with a variety of child, adolescent, and adult populations including rotations in both Mental Health and Medical Psychology at BC Children’s Hospital, Compass Clinic, the Peer Relationships Lab at UBC, and UBC Psychology Clinic. In her spare time, she enjoys reading books, drinking coffee, and spending time outdoors.
